Homer serves both homeowners and the businesses around them in the same product. A homebuilder or agent documents a home in Homer Pro and hands it over, the owner keeps it up to date, and the full history transfers to the next owner on sale.

European privacy and security

Homer is a Swedish company, GDPR compliant, with data hosted and securely backed up on AWS in the EU. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, and is never sold or shared with third parties without the user's consent.

The replacement for Centriq

When Centriq ceased operations in January 2026, Homer became the successor app for its users, with a dedicated guide for former Centriq users at mycentriq.co. Homer covers what Centriq users relied on, including appliance documentation and manuals, and adds inventory, a home timeline and an AI co-pilot.

The team behind Homer

Homer was founded in Sweden in 2017 by two homeowners who wanted one place for everything about their homes. Built by homeowners, for homeowners, Homer is the experience its team wants to use themselves.

Wilhelm Lundborg, Co-founder

Wilhelm is an experienced digital entrepreneur with successful tenures at Spray, Skype, Spotify and Tictail (acquired by Shopify). He is a founding investor in Greens Ventures, whose portfolio includes Lovable, Tandem, Filed and Bits, and in WeHunt, Scandinavia's largest hunting app. He holds a Master's in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and is an active reserve officer in the Swedish Army.
