Your home is your castle.
Your home is your happy place.
Your home is probably your biggest personal financial investment.
Homer helps you be a better homeowner, by helping you have access to the right information about your home, at the right time. Information that helps you save time, money and effort. Information that you must keep track of, or information that you should keep track of. Information that you hopefully never need again, but who knows?
With Homer, users can keep track of important information related to their property and home, such as the home's square footage, the age of the roof, the date of the last HVAC service, and any renovation or repair projects that have been completed. The app also includes features for setting reminders for routine maintenance tasks, storing important documents like property deeds or warranties, and tracking home-related expenses.
By having all this information in one place, homeowners can more easily keep their property well-maintained, make informed decisions about upgrades and repairs, and even potentially increase the value of their home. Additionally, if a homeowner decides to sell their property, having a comprehensive record of its history and maintenance can help attract potential buyers and increase the home's resale value. Overall, an app like Homer is a helpful tool for homeowners looking to stay organized and on top of their property management tasks.
