Homer's Terms
Homer operates this service for our customers and users under a set of terms, described below. Please take a minute to read through them.

We have developed these Terms of Service (called "Terms") to let you know which rules govern our relationship with you. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Home Owner AB (called “Homer”). Therefore, we ask you to read them carefully.
In order to use Homer (referred to as "the Service" or "our Services") you must have accepted our terms and service and privacy policy. Of course, you should not use the service unless you accept the terms.
1. Who can use the service
You must be over 18 years to create an account or use our services.
By using our services, you certify that:
⁃ you will comply with these Terms of Service
⁃ you are entitled to enter into a binding contract with Home Owner AB.
⁃ If you use our services on behalf of a company or legal entity, you confirm that you are entitled to accept these terms on behalf of that company or legal entity.
2. Processing of personal information
Homer complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data belongs to you and will not be shared with others.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we process, how we process your personal information and how we protect your privacy when you use the service. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you consent to Homer processing your personal data as stated in our Privacy Policy.
3. Your responsibility
Our service allows you to create, upload, organize, share, receive and store content and information. When you do so, you retain any ownership rights to the content that you initially had.
You, and only you, are responsible for the content and information you create, upload, arrange, share, send or store through the Service.
You can, in turn, choose to share content and information to others as needed. For more information on how you can control who can see and access your content, please take a look at our privacy policy and our support page.
You are responsible for all activities that occur in your Homer account. It is important that you make sure your account is secure. One way to do this is to have a strong password that you do not share with anyone (even Homer staff), or use for any other account. If you think someone has accessed your account, immediately reset your password or contact Homer support.
In order to enable Homer to reach you, keep your email account information up to date and mark emails from Homer as “Not Spam”.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our services. You may also not deconstruct or attempt to extract the source code from the software.
You may not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means or interface to access the Service or to attempt to retrieve other users' information.
You may not use the Service in a manner that may interfere with, interrupt, affect or prevent other users from using the Service, or which may damage, disable, overburden or impair the functionality of the Service.
You may not upload any virus or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of the Service.
You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our services or any of our systems or networks.
4. The rights you grant Homer
In addition to the personal data management that is covered by the Privacy Policy, you agree that:
Our services may contain advertisements from both Homer or third parties. Considering that Home Owner AB allows you to access and use the Service, you agree that we and our partners may display advertising in the Service, including targeted ads based on the information about you that you have provided us or that we have collected or received. This is done without our partners having access to your content or your personal information.
If you choose to click on ads or offers, you may be asked if you would like to share information from Homer to third parties. With your explicit approval in each case, Homer can then share the information.
We always appreciate hearing from our users, and we improve the service based on the input we receive. But keep in mind that if you provide feedback or suggestions, we can freely use your ideas without paying you any compensation.
Any software we provide can automatically download and install upgrades, updates or other new features. In some cases, you can adjust these automatic downloads in the settings of your device.
5. Third party services
If you use a service, function or functionality that is managed by a third party available through our services (including services we offer together with the third party), each party's terms in the legal relationship apply between you and the party in question. Home Owner AB is not responsible for the terms of any third party or the measures taken within the framework of third party terms.
6. Changes to the service and termination
We are constantly working to improve our services and are constantly creating new ones. This means that we can add or remove features, products or functionalities and we can also deny access to or stop the service completely. We can take any of these steps at any time, and when we do, we will try to notify you in advance, but this may not always be possible.
Although we hope that you will be a Homer user forever, you can terminate the Agreement under these Terms at any time and for no particular reason by terminating your Account.
Home Owner AB may also terminate the agreement with you if you do not comply with these terms, our guidelines or the law or for any reason beyond our control. And even if we try to notify you in advance, we cannot guarantee it. Our right to terminate these Terms means that we may stop providing you with any Services or impose new or additional limitations on your ability to use the Service. For example, we may disable your account due to prolonged inactivity.
7. Homer's responsibility for service level or errors
Homer will do its utmost to keep the service operating. However, some technical difficulties or maintenance can result in temporary interruptions. Our services are provided "as is" and "to the extent they are available at any time". Homer reserves the right at any time to change or suspend, temporarily or permanently, the features and features of the Service with or without notice.
Homer is not responsible for any errors or damage caused by the User or for errors or defects in the User's equipment or other technical equipment not belonging to Homer.
In addition, Homer shall not be liable for any damages - whether direct or indirect or consequential damages - as a result of service failures or defects. This means, among other things, that Homer is in no way responsible and will not be held financially nor legally liable for damages in the form of data interruptions or loss of access or loss of data, for whatever reason.
8. Dispute settlement, arbitration
If you have a question or a complaint, you are welcome to get in touch so that we can solve the problem in the best way.
Swedish law shall apply to this agreement. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled by a public court with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
You can also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). In order for the Board to consider the case, there are, among other things, certain value and time limits:

9. Updates to terms
Homer reserves the right to make changes to these terms. Changes will take effect no earlier than 30 days after Homer informed of the changes at www.homer.co. When publishing amended terms, Homer will inform about the changes and when they come into effect. If you are unable to accept a change, you have the right to terminate your Account free of charge before the date on which the change becomes effective. If termination is not made, you are deemed to have accepted the change.
